Konrad, Yeah, I wondered that too. You read about the old-time uses and then read the modern warnings on a lot of plants and it makes you wonder if more people died or got sicker from remedies in the old days than the ailments they were trying to cure. On the other hand, there's much good to say about herbal medicine, and most of the modern pills and such have so many warnings about side affects that I don't take anything. My sisters, on the other hand, literally pass around the advil bottle like they were handing out M&Ms. One took some because a bee stung her on the finger and she said it really hurt. but I'm getting off track. As for the bees, there are lots of plants that we can't touch or eat but produce perfectly fine honey such as poison ivy. I didn't see tansy listed with plants that produce toxic honey. Konrad, I'm looking foward to seeing you post some more of your great photos.

I actually drifted over here from the hosta forum, through the "new posts" feature. I am glad some of you have discovered or rediscovered my, and so many others' favorite plant. They are the centerpieces of my garden, which is all shade. I have about 80 different varieties, which is a lot less than some collectors out there. There are always new "hot" ones to add each year, but sadly I'm out of room. I'm obsessed with them from early Spring to about mid July, then the slugs take over and have their evil way and I move on to other things. The great thing about hostas is that they come back bigger and better every year, so it's always something to look forward to. They even look good in black and white! Oh you l'il heifer!!!!!!!!! Too beautiful for words, and doncha just love it when something so simple turns out so beautiful? Unbelieveable that no light surrounds it except a cloudy daylight, and you get such wonderful effects. But, of course, you anticipated that when you put those fabulous pieces of glass in it. Re your crying, I cried most of the way through making Suzie's shrine to her life and profession. She cried so much she loaded it in her Jeep and took off for home. It was divinely inspired. I'm so happy for you that you've discovered a new road to explore in your art. Chase that rabbit - we'll be behind you craving pictures.

You could simply do searches or go through the Finished Kitchens Blog if you wish to see photos of specific types of renovations. Your request is rather broad and somewhat suspicious in nature. There are people who fish for pictures to use to advertise their businesses and you did just register today. Not to mention that there is a new home building type business that just opened in Ga. with an employee base of one by the same name as your screen name. If I'm totally off base... I apologize in advance.
