Found a mock turtleneck and a nice sweater. Both are new with tags.

Had my cholesterol checked two weeks ago and it wasn't too good, total of 215. No hideous but with my family history it cannot be ignored too much. MD told me to lay off the red meats and cheese. Meat fine but not sure about giving up my cheese!

Tucked in the back of the Goodwill Outlet I found a "new" treadmill. It is manual and I haven't quite figured out the rythem to making it work but it is fairly quiet so I can watch TV. We had to leave our old one behind when we left GA- it was old and Elmo the cat was the only one who could use it (the tread was worn out and Eric and I were too heavy for it!). Elmo doesn't care for this one, he is too light to get the manual part to work. Had to drag it up a flight of stairs to get it into the house and have played on it for a few minutes so I figure I have gotten my workout for the day!

Maybe next time I go- I will be ready for the next size down in jeans! :-)

Total for my shopping trip was just under $25.00.
