How was Jesus Christ Superstar? I sure enjoyed it when we saw it. Not exactly like the movie, but that'd be awfully hard to do a a stage.

My friend and I both enjoyed it! Both of us had sort of a let down feeling when it was over. All that hype over the song, and there wasn't that much of a big to do with the song.
It was good but not the best I have seen! And, YES, Ted Neely did a magnificent job.

We had a hard time figuring out who the man with the crocs was. Was he Harrod? Or guy doing a mockery of Jesus?
Don't know what that was all about?
Can U explain? Please!

The guy doing the mocking is Herod. You're talking about the one who sings "So You Are The Christ", right? I don't remember seeing the crocs, though. But I'm not always very observant. Glad you liked it. Ted Neeley has a lot less hair than when he did the movie--haha!

With the high stuck at 37 I guess for today, really feels like winter. Took some pics today. Oxalis crassipes (the clover foliage) with Narcissus. The tomato cage is to remind our dog this spot isn't for napping.

Glenda, we are leaving Feb. 7th. and doing the Western Caribbean and thinking about booking the same ship on the 14th. and doing the Eastern Caribbean. This is our good time to get away and we are flying into Florida so the airfare will cost the same if we stay one week or two. We have already been to all the ports we will visit, but we don't care. Are you leaving from Florida and what cruiseline? I would say to have a good time, but I know you will. But I will say it anyway, have a good time and enjoy your cruise.

Sorry, Joe, if you are referring to you being a longhorn. I'm sure you have the respect deserving of any proud t.u. fan, but I've seen countless bad fans that show lack of decent upbringing. Also, being in the military I figure you to be an Aggie. TAMU has turned out more generals than any other school in this nation. The last game I attended at Kyle Field when we were playing t.u., many of the t.u. fans didn't even take their hats off for the National Anthem or the Pledge Of Allegiance, which makes my blood boil. At every game, there is a fly over by military pilots and they are introduced at halftime. The longhorn fans didn't even applaud for them...kind of ironic since the military men and women are the ones fighting for the right for them to act that way. I guess I just don't understand 'Austin' thinking...I guess that's why they have bumpers stickers that read, "Keep Austin Weird." Don't get me started. "TT" logo on my outhouse...how fitting. Kt

The day after late DH and I came home from our honeymoon, it was a Sunday morning, and I made him fried eggs and bacon for breakfast. One of the yokes broke....and when he saw it, refused to eat it and said "you're lucky - my father would have thrown it at you". Oh boy, was I tempted to do something....but I didn't. I just told him that HE was lucky HE didn't have egg on his face, for saying that. I also never gave him a broken egg yolk again.

We thought it was Herod, and he DID have on red crocs :o)
Not my favorite part of the show. Kinda thought it was not tasteful, my opinion ONLY
