Scrambled- I am not a fan of yolks- weird I know.

I like mine fried, only I just spray my skillet with Pam, and cook them like that. When it is time I just flip them over. Then eatum up!!

Scrambled with ketchup and tabasco. I hate the taste of eggs, need to cover it up with hot sauce.

I don't like eggs, funny because when I was a teenager I liked them fried (with a soft yolk) or boiled and mashed up with butter. Now I can't stand the taste or smell of them. I don't know what turned me.

I only like eggs in cakes or cookies.

White done and not browned. I like them cooked slow and turned over. I like scrambled also, that is what I had for breakfast with smoked sausage, toast, juice and tomatoes.

Yesterday I had over easy with french toast at IHop and it was delicious!

over nicely fried in bacon grease so the edges have a little crisp and the yolk juicy, but no white goo. then i love baked eggs; soft boiled; scrambled in that order.

Eggs Benedict

Either fried over easy or soft scramble. Can't stand scrambled or fried eggs that are hard and overcooked. I love my mom's egg sandwiches: fried over easy egg on toast with Miracle Whip, mustard and catsup and crispy fried bacon. They're messy but so good.

Bacon wrapped baked eggs is my all time favorite. And easy meaning soft!

I don't care for eggs except in puddings and custards. If I want an omelet, I order it with egg beaters.

Basted in bacon grease with the white cooked just a little crisp around the edges with the runny yolk.

I also like them in omelets,scrambles,hard boiled and sometimes poached.

Like them cooked anyway, as long as they aren't hard cooked - especailly scrambled. I haven't had poached in a long while. Not sure if I would like them as much as I used to. Baked eggs - sounds good, but never heard of it. Any special method, or recipe? What about fake eggs, as in egg beaters?

Are Egg Beaters, egg whites with some things added to them? I was thinking they were. Haven't had any in a very long time.

I love poached eggs on buttered toast. I also like deviled eggs and sunny side up steamed with a tablespoon of water and cover the pan with a lid until the top is cooked opaque.

Usually scrambled with cheese.
But sometimes I just feel like fried with a soft yolk and some toast.

Scrambled with onions, red & green pepper pieces, topped with salsa or pico de gallo and shredded cheddar.

I like them fried, but I like the yolk broken and cooked so it's not runny. I also like them deviled.

I don't eat eggs....maybe one scrambled egg every 4 or 5 years, if I have a bite of meat or biscuit or toast with every bite...but I cook with them or use them in tuna and potato salad. I used to cook eggs every morning for my mother. She liked them sunny side up. If I broke the yoke, she fed it to the cat and I had to cook another one.

marilyn c, if I should happen to break the egg yolk on my husband's fried eggs and they get a little on the hard side, he won't eat them.

The day after late DH and I came home from our honeymoon, it was a Sunday morning, and I made him fried eggs and bacon for breakfast.
One of the yokes broke....and when he saw it, refused to eat it and said "you're lucky - my father would have thrown it at you".

Oh boy, was I tempted to do something....but I didn't. I just told him that HE was lucky HE didn't have egg on his face, for saying that.

I also never gave him a broken egg yolk again.

I like to dip toast in the yolk. Or mix my egg in with my corned beef hash. Or on a pancake. They have to have lots of salt and pepper too.

I also like them boiled, shelled hot, with salt, pepper and butter on them. YUM!

Scrambled if I'm having it with toast. Add grits to breakfast and I like them over medium so I can mix and mash into the grits. Fried if I'm making a sandwich. Some nights I will boil a few for DH and I to have a quickee breakfast the next day.
