I guess I don't communicate well..... Zep- the wmp runtime is in my start/computer/add/remove. It looks like there are 2 parts when wmp is downloaded? randy- When you have your wmp going- and want to drag/drop a song from the left hand column(library), to the right hand column(sync)- there is a very small '+' sign when dragging the song- it is very little and stays with the song as you are dragging it. I reinstalled wmp again- now the '+' is working, but when I try to sync it, it 'fails/error', and does not sync. I have the song in a file, then it automatically goes to my library. But it doesn't 'load to the Sansa.

I don't think you can remove just the ads unless you would use an audio editor. When it asks what file you want to convert, browse by clicking on the folder just to the right of where it says "Select the video file". I like using the youtubedownloader to convert, because I can download all the videos and convert later at my leisure. For the most part, I do use the Firefox add-on to download. Just easier when you are on the youtube page to click "download". HTH, Jean

check your service providers website most offer ring tones that you can select by your phone model and it will be sent by them directly to your phone and they will charge you a small fee to your phone bill one time for that ring tone. I did that years ago with one of my old phones that was not a smart phone I think it was 99c .

Koda - you could Google "free ringtones" and I'm sure you'd come up with a bunch of sites. My phone is a Nokia 6126. It came with a bunch of ringtones, one of which is called "Jazzy Piano" -- and I like it, so that's my default ringtone. This phone can hold one of the MicroSD cards (and, of course, I have one). I can take the card out and put it in my card reader attached to my computer, and transfer ringtones (and photos, etc.) onto it just as if I were moving or copying files from one folder to another on the 'puter. Ringtones can also be sent to the phone via SMS messages, then saved to either the phone itself or to the MicroSD card. I can go onto the Web with the phone and get ringtones, too. I can, and have, created calling groups. One is called "Brothers" and my hubs' four brothers and their wives are in that group. The ringtone assigned to the group is Brothers in Arms by Dire Straits. I do not have a graphic assigned to that group -- yet. Another group is named "Heart" and the graphic is, of course, red hearts. The phone numbers assigned to this group are our two landlines at home, hubs' cell phone, and hubs' work phone. The ringtone is Pour Que Tu M'Aimes Encore sung by Il Divo. Ringtone for my older sister is Baker Street by Gerry Rafferty. Graphic is the Eiffel Tower ('cuz she speaks fluent French and loves Paris). Ringtone for my younger sister is Over the Rainbow sung by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole. She's in LaLa land half the time... Ringtone for niece Elizabeth is Surfer Girl by the Beach Boys. She's more of a snowboarder than a wave surfer, but she surfs, too. :-) Ringtone for niece Maggie is Maggie May by Rod Stewart because (duh) her name is Maggie. Ringtone for nephew Daniel is Danny Boy sung by Elvis Presley because his name is (duh, again) Daniel.
