Same kitchen, farther away, [traditional kitchen design[(https://www.houzz.com/photos/traditional-kitchen-ideas-phbr1-bp~t_709~s_2107) by grand rapids architect Visbeen Associates, Inc. chococake (love your screen name), the tile likely is a glazed ceramic but you could do a glass tile in a similar color. Or are you not wanting to do subways? So far, this is the only kitchen I've found at houzz.com that shows SWQ with something other than white or marble subway tiles. I can't believe those are the only choices.

First, welcome to the Super White Club. It is gorgeous. Where is the bs going? It seems that you have mostly windows. Are you talking about the part under the window, and behind the range? Or is there more that we don't see? Personally, I like a ss sheet behind the range up to the hood, and some sort of white tile in an interesting shape. Hmmm, you know, like arabesques....lol. Well, you know I was going to say that. Have you thought about just getting more SW run vertically and and having that be your bs?

Oooh...I am just so excited that we're finally getting back on track TODAY! The counters will go in on Monday. I've ordered the backsplash tile from Walker Zanger. Colors??? Finally! I'm going with Parchment from C2 as the wall color and Delicata for the upper cabinets and bookshelf. I'm a little nervous about the Delicata...is it too bright...too dark...too...??? But I've just had to take the leap. Here are the elements... I just love the countertop. The backsplash is half stone (pretty neutral, mostly beigy-grey with some coppery-orange accents) and half irridescent glass that IMO really picks up on the Quartzite's crystalline feel. Since some of the stone pieces have a bit of a orange color I hope that the Delicata works as an upbeat accent. I was concerned with the kitchen being a bit too dark with all the Wenge cabinets. The paint colors aren't right here, but you can see a bit more of the backsplash sparkle. Here's a bit of where we are... As of today, that dreadful yellow on the walls will be the parchment. The painted-with-primer upper cabinets in the top kitchen picture (they'll have frosted glass panels) and the bookshelves will be Delicata. Counters go in on Monday. And the backsplash is on backorder...of course. This has been a hard process. I so hope it all turns out. Thank you SO MUCH for your support with all this!

I have it and love it. We did do a project with the man made and I regret it. Nothing compares to the natural stone. The super white has enough movement that you won’t even notice an etch or a stain. We’ve had ours and used them for 7 months and have had no issues SINCE we resealed them. Note we did have issues when we first got them. Had the fabricator buff them out and then resealed. And we resealed again and since then have had no issues. I had decided that we’d use the counters and if there was etching or staining we spend a couple of hundred dollars every few years to buff them out, but we haven’t had any issues! Get what you love. You’ll regret it if you don’t. Excuse mess.
