Do you use your built in griddle??

I was leaning toward an induction cooktop but now I might be back to gas. Not sure if I want the 30 " or if I should go with the 36" with the griddle. Will I use it enough. What else would I do other than pancakes, french toast, grilled cheese and hash browns? And is it worth the $3200 difference.

I originally was going to do a 30" Wolf induction with a steamer but the more I thought about it, the steamer only holds 10 cups so that's really 8 cups. I wanted to do slow cooking and I'd like to do larger quantities. It also needs a separate 220.
