I have one very similar to that my spouse picked up to double his pancake output. We didn't have a double burner but put it on two gas burners. It doesn't work on our induction cooktop but would work great on regular smooth electric double burners. Maybe you can find out on the Circulon website what their bottoms are like? As long as it's flat it should be good.

Ours was a Calphalon "Home" model. It's the Calph line that Target carries and is probably comparable. We like it a lot. I know some folks think non-stick griddles aren't good for browning hash browns but they're sure nice for pancakes.

I've been searching for a good one for some time now. Please post back if you find something.

I bought an inexpensive one at LNThings and would like a better one. It is nice to be able to cook a bunch of pancakes at one time. Problems with the one that I bought are that after only a couple of uses, it warped a bit. Also the handles are coated with rubber (or something). I have to be very careful that the griddle doesn't slide back or they'll be exposed to the heat.

I've also been searching for an deeper oval roaster type of pan that would fit across the bridge and both elements. Unfortunately, most are either too short or way too wide.

Grace - Do you know what yours was made out of? I hadn't even thought to look for a large oval roaster. That would be wonderful! I cook for a big bunch. I wish my slow cooker was bigger than it is.
I've been looking at Bed Bath and Beyond's website. They have several. I don't think I could use a reversible one on my glass top range so I would just have to get one of each. : ( It would be nice to be able to nest them when I put them in my already-crowded cabinet.
This one says "Can be used on all stovetops" I don't know if this is a decent brand and I didn't see a grill to match.

I also have a glass top range and I use my double-sided griddle on it often. I am not sure what a double burner is, but I just put mine across the front and back burner. I just wish both burners were the same size. One is small and the other is large. But, it works just the same.
Oh, I forgot to say that mine is the cast iron one from Lodge.

Lisa - Does yours have a grill on one side and a griddle on the other? I thought with a glass top, I could only using flat things. hmmmm
On one side of my range, I can turn the knob to "double burner" which makes both burners come on and the area in between the two burners heats up as well to give a more even heat I assume.

I have a glass top with two burners connected by a bridge. I use an anodized aluminum griddle and make pancakes, quesadillas, bacon, etc. I, too, was wondering about the cast iron, reversible grill/griddle.

Yes, it has a grill on one side and a griddle on the other. I don't have any problems except a cool spot in the middle because I don't have the double burner thingy. I sure wish I did after hearing about it, though.

I wonder if a cast-iron grill/griddle works on a glass top simply because cast iron is such a good conductor. Just the ridges from the grill might be enough to transfer the heat to the whole thing.

I have a hard-anodized aluminum griddle from Anolon. I've been using it on my glass top for about 3 years and I really like it. My initial problem was to coordinate the temps on the regular burner and the bridge burner because they need to be at slightly different settings.

I also have a pop-up vent behind my cooktop and that caused a problem because it restricted the size of pan that I could use. I needed to return my first purchase and exchange it for a smaller version.

Now that I look on-line I see that they are pretty expensive. As I recall I bought mine about a month-or-so after Christmas when there were a lot of clearance sales and I got a really good deal on it.
