Help! glass tile backsplash looks awful

I'm desperately seeking advice. We just had a backsplash installed with beautiful 4x4 glass tile. Our installer created a fantastic design with many tiles turned so they are diamonds rather than squares. These pieces had to be cut. I did not see the tiles until after they were on the wall. It is now totally finished - just got grouted today and it looks really bad. The edges of the cut tiles are so jagged. You can't tell if you look at it at from a distance, but it is very easily seen while standing at the counters. We have over a grand invested in this project. Is there anything that can be done? I guess I'm hoping that there might be a way to file it so it's not so noticable. The only solution I can think of is to take it down and redo it - but lay them all straight so it wouldn't be necessary to cut.

Anyone have any advice?
