Desprate need of a quick photoshop pic please

Hi I have been thinking of purchasing the dinnerware set below but can't decide on the red or green charger plate. Would someone mind using photoshop to put the dishes on the green charger so I can get an idea of how that would look.

I posted a thread of which color I should buy in the Holiday section but I think all the photoshop wizards hang out over here more so they might miss it. :) I hope that was ok.

If someone could do that for me I would be very grateful.

While you are waiting, since I can't be of help either, why don't you just print out the pix of all the pieces, cut out the dishes, then paste them on the pix of the green charger?

Of the two, from the pix above, I think I would go with the red - the green is too Christmas green imo. But I would be inclined to look for a gold metallic charger instead, or even medium-toned wooden ones to compliment the pine (and pinecones that might be in there).

Any chance you can post a larger pix, or the name of the dishes, so that those trying to help could better see what you are choosing?

Thank you oh so much for your help. I think I have seen ever color I ever liked and you are so correct they look different under certain lights, monitors, etc. I see what you mean about choosing the undertone and sticking with that. THANK YOU! BM does offer a service - use to be free now they charge 15.00. I liked it better free b/c I think they did a better job!! You upload your pics to them and they send you 2 possible palettes - in my case 3 - and they pick all colors for you. Their first choice was FIELDSTONE for me which according to my swatch goes khaki (they send swatches..). Their second choice was Capallano Bridge which I do love but don't think it goes so great wtih the carera marble. Last choice was Shaker Grey which is REALLY deep but I actually do like it. Definately not khaki!! :) Thanks a million for your help. Painter comes on Monday. I will let you know how it goes! THANKS! Melissa

Yes, yes, Lascatz, that's it! I want a thatched roof look. That is the thought I am going to keep foremost in my mind. On that note, I did consider these kind of shingles: Here's what they look like on a house I found on the Internet: We even went and looked at a house in our town that have these in a "weathered wood" color. And although they were nice, after awhile hubby and I decdided they were too much....made us dizzy. Maybe I'll go look at them one more time.....they do give a very textured look. In the mean time, seems like Camelot II is still the front runner. It may not give quite as much "thatched" look as I would like, but it does add texture and is a little different then standard architectural shingles. FWIW, here's a couple of pics that show the two buildings a little better. Hmmmm, I think my garage doors could stand a makeover, too. I thank you all for your comments......and welcome any other ideas. And I apologize if my pictures are too big. Haven't learned all I need to know about posting pics just yet. pup

The hardest part about photoshopping something like this is getting the scale right. I just took a guess but don't know how close I got...? Anyway, I like the idea of pictures here but not so far down to the floor. I would absolutely tape up some templates before you decide. Like I said, I may be off on the scale.

I agree but everything I bring home has either too much pink or too much orange in it. The one color/finish (Pecan) that I liked from Lauzon doesn't come in square edge or in select & better. So I have to decide if I can live w/bevel edges and more variation in the wood OR go back to looking at tile. I am so confused at this point I think I'll just leave the bare concrete there LOL!!! squirrelhaven you love this kind of request don't you? I thought I would like the plate on a green charger but now seeing it on differet chargers I think I like the gold better. Just my 2 cents

Thanks SquirrelHeaven. I really appreciate you taking the time to do that for me. :)

I was planning on a white tablecloth. I was leaning towards the green but seeing it now I don't think the green is rich enough to pull it off. I like the gold best with it but I'm really trying to stay away from gold on the table. I'm a bigger fan of silver. However I don't think the silver looks so great with that pattern. So either I can look for some richer green chargers or go with the red. I'm thinking of going traditional this year.

Tough to find green. Here are some good sales, maybe not quite what you're looking for though.

Macy's had the gold as well as silver. Just noticed a Lenox tartan plaid one too! but an investment per plate.

They're on sale. Was it $50-$60 per plate? They're really nice and displayed with similar dishes :)

I saw a dark green one out there for over $100. !
