BM Shaker Beige - Green undertones?

Thinking of this for my kitchen. Is it just my eye or are there green tones in this?

In our previous house I tested it and in that space, with that light, it did indeed have green undertones. (so it wasn't the right color for me there) I'd come to it after seeing it on that HGTV show Sensible Chic where I loved it! But, I really loved it on tv, I guess.

I have used it in a previous apartment and now in my basement. I have never noticed any green. I think it is a great neutral. Goes with so much.

Thanks. My kitchen faces southeast and I am looking for a neutral beige, I am a boring decorator but I want to add the impact with my rooster accessories. LOL> Since I have a chair rail in the one wall by the breakfast bar , I am even considering a border on top of the rail. Oops, would you mind telling me your trim color. When my kitchen was blue and white, I used BM Oxford white which I am now thinking is too stark so I am going to paint it, was thinking about cloud white or White down. I loved Shaker Beige on the color palette until I painted my bedroom with it. I'm sorry to say that it looks like gray/green mud. My husband finished painting, I walked in and both of us said what a mistake. It's like sleeping in the mudroom. Sorry, I can't be of any help. It's a totally boring color in my book.

Is RH latte really a close match for BM's Shaker beige++

Hi, I used RH latte in my living room, sunroom and my daughter's bedroom. It has a slight green undertone in my sunroom but not in the other rooms (my cherry colored blinds are causing it to cast green). Shaker Beige to me, has a more pinkish undertone, but doesn't appear hat way then the entire room is painted. RH Latte equivalent is Crisp Khaki in BM paints. I do like RH velvet finish though better than BM flat.

BTW, flyleft, I looked for "Enola Gold" at Lowes the other day, lol. (Maybe I was thinking of Enola Gay.) The guy was clueless of course, then another guy said oh, you mean Filoli Gold. It's a pretty color, not quite enough green for my purposes. I have a BM Bronzed Beige chip that is close to Filoli Gold (I think, I didn't do a side by side too tired to look for it). It's a lovely color too.

so much depends on the light in the room it would be in--and the other color choices like flooring and cabinet/trim...
did you ask at the paint store about the color construction--they could tell you if it would have green tint

Thanks, I'm trying it in my kitchen filled with all that yellow oak and maybe that's what makes it look greenish. I guess that's okay as it was recommended that a green paint would work with yellow oak.

I love shaker beige and have used it in my living room at this house and my bedroom in NH. I don't see green...
Please excuse the disaster that my room is in right now. I'm in remodel/pre-party freak out mode. :)

I have it in the kitchen (with white cabinets), keeping room, and hallway. Floors are oak. Can't say that I notice green undertones either.

We have it in our entry and upstairs landing - lots of natural light in this area - no green undertones.

Thank you, thank you. I just painted a larger area on the wall and it doesn't appear greenish. I'm painting over BM Smokey Taupe and oak trim. All the photos have white trim, but I love your rooms. I'm going ahead with it.
