What do you think of this antique mirror for my sideboard?

Since I bought my antique dining set last weekend, I've been on the lookout for an antique mirror to go with it.

I spied this one linked below today on Craiglist--only I'm worried it's a tad too big. Then again, it could really open up the space and make it feel bigger and brighter.

My sideboard is 62"L and the mirror measures 56"L x 32"H.

I would like to put 2 tall buffet lamps to either side. With the wider mirror the plan would be to have them reflected in the mirror--though was wondering if it would be better to have a mirror that is only 36" wide and have the frame come in from the lamps. Ceilings are only 8' tall so mounting vertically would not work. I'd prefer to put it a bit higher so we don't see diners' reflections.
