Filling slab trench before cabinet install continues?

I've posted on the flooring forum, but it isn't well trafficked. I'm starting to freak out about cabinets being installed over my slab which has not been filled in as I expected, the concrete in the trench is uneven.

What should be done to the (now filled with concrete) trench and surrounding area before the flooring is repaired to guard against water, bugs, and mold from the ground? Is anything necessary for the places where the floor won't show because it is covered by cabinets? My worry is that if there are low, uneven places under cabinets (especially under the huge island), and there is a water leak or spill, it will collect and/or run under adjacent flooring with no way of getting it out/dry. I'm not worried about the cabinets themselves being well supported/shimmed/level - that work is being done carefully.
