Mixing faucet brands

I just bought a Grohe Ladylux3 Pro in RealSteel off ebay for a very good price ($250). I had planned on getting the matching prep faucet for my prep sink. But I cant find a deal on that anywhere. The prep faucet is going to be around $550.

I am thinking of getting the Delta Trinsic for my prep faucet instead. Probably in Artic Stainless (or regular stainless?) I can get that faucet for around $275.

So would you mix these 2 faucets? One will be on the perimeter and the other will be in the island. They are kind of in-line with each other but turned in different directions. So you wouldnt see the side view of both at the same time, if that makes sense.
