Neutral bar connections in main panel

I have a CH main panel, model CH20CM100, and have run out of spots on the neutral bar (13 lugs). There is a second bar in the panel which appears to be connected to the neutral bar though a curved lug. There is a bare #10 ground wire connected to this bar and one neutral wire that the po installed when they added a sunroom to the back of the house. This smaller bar has 7 lugs. I have two questions:

How many wires can I put under a neutral lug in this panel?

Can I use the smaller bar for connecting additional neutral wires?

The original installation had many shared neutral circuits and I would like to change this and run a neutral for each circuit. This is an all emt conduit system.
