GFCI Circuit Breaker keeps tripping

Can anybody give me some pointers?

I have 4 outlets within a bedroom which are fed by a GFCI circuit breaker. 3 outlets function just fine, the 4th trips the circuit breaker ONLY when I turn anything on that is plugged into that outlet.

I have tested if the cause may be the appliance, but the appliance always functions just fine on the other outlets.

This is a new wiring job, the original contractor is no longer on the job. He claimed the GFCI circuit breaker is too sensitive and never got around to fixing it before disappearing. So I am stuck with an outlet that can't be used because it causes tripping.

What may be the cause of this? Might I be lucky enough to have the problem located simply in the electrical box?

Thanks in advance.
