Cherry even included some sweet little pink roses in the top of it, but you can fill it with water and add a flower or even a vine to root. I stuck it on my kitchen window and it is so cute. I am charging my camera right now, (it went dead at a birthday party tonight, as usual!)so I will take a better pic tomorrow for you. Hwy. 290 Pink Buttons, huh? Well, I sure like its china-like foliage & nice blooms. Makes a perfect companion for the 'Duke. That's a very fine bloom on your Isabella Sprunt. And very full of petals for her ... she appears to be liking the cool weather. We reached 32F here the other morning. Still got a few blooms out there in the garden. Got a full little vase of 'Rise-n-Shine' that looks especially good. The real star of the show right now is my mature Japanese Maple. Almost every color of the rainbow on its leaves right now. Randy

I've got a pot roast cooking...better make some smashed potatoes in case DH does decide to make the drive & can't chew! I also made a fresh blackberry pie this morning before I knew about his tooth...wonder if he can manage the seeds? If not, I'm going to be stuffed! We got the last of the new window blinds installed Wednesday & had planned on rearranging furniture this weekend. I'm just staying loose until I hear how DH's doing. Paul, my plants are getting at least 6 hours of strong Hawaiian sunlight at this time of the year. That will increase as the sun gets higher at the end of December.. I am more concerned at this point as to what pruning measures I should take to improve flower presentation long-term.. Thanks for your comment though.
