Common ground for several circuit

I am wiring an out building. I have a 60 amp service panel in the building fed by breaker in the main panel of my house. All the wire is going into conduit because the walls are already insulated and finished.

If I run 2 or 3 different cicuits in the same conduit, can I use a common ground wire for all of the circuits? I realize I could use the condiut as the ground, but I have seen conduit corrode and I'd rather have a ground wire.

Can I run a 220 volt curcuit in the same conduit with 110 volt? Can I put more than one 220 outlet on a circuit?
