Breaker trips during thunderstorms

Sorry if this a really naive question. I did do a search of the forum and didn't see a similar one.

I recently bought an house and have found that during summer thunderstorms the breaker for the top floor will trip. Does this indicate a wiring problem, or is the breaker just doing its job? Why only this breaker (it looks like a newer one, if that makes a difference)?

BTW, there isn't much pulling electricity on that floor: lights, a tv, and a couple of fans. No big appliances.
