Receiving electrical shock

alevias

We are receiving an electrical shock when we touch the stove and refrigerator (metal parts) at the same time, no shock when we just touch one appliance. The house is 60 years old, I don't think any outlet is grounded, though I do see grounding by the newer breaker box, but I'm afraid I don't know much about the older breaker box, where the kitchen is located. The refrig plug has 3 prongs and the stove is 20/20. How can we fix this? Thanks.
