More than likely, no one will notice what you've used for hardware. Think for a moment of every kitchen you've been in since you started thinking Remodel. What is the hardware on every door/drawer they have? Can't remember? Maybe if you sat at their table to drink coffee for an hour you would study the hardware. Otherwise, probably not. It's the over all look that's important, not the individual items used to make the look. I'm stressing over each of these decisions myself and I have to remind myself that it's everything together that will make the room.

Cabinet latches can be found at Restoration Hardware, Rejuvination, Horton Brasses, and Hardware Hut. I have recently ordered ORB latches from all of these places. Horton Brasses has the best latch but the finish is more of a gun metal grey than ORB. Rejuvination has a good finish but the latch isn't as well made. Hardware Hut has a good ORB finish but the latch they sent me was really hard to turn. Thinking it may be defective I asked Hardware Hut to send another. Hopefully the Hardware Hut latch will work out because I like the matching bin pull. It felt very solid in my hand. I have found it very frustrating trying to find a good ORB cabinet latch. I am afraid I may have to compromise with satin nickel. Good Luck!
