supermom.... thanks so much for the heads up. I'm right around Ft. Lauderdale but the door style won't work for me plus I want all drawers (where ever possible) for the lowers. It would be great to find something like that. I check craigslist daily and will start again with ebay. I know the chances of finding the door style I want in the configuration I need will be slim to none. But ones never knows.... I'm going to perfect a final drawing and then post. I'm going to need help to figure out what kind of lighting. Again... a little ahead of myself but if it took me this long to achieve a layout; who knows how long lighting will take! The electrical is one thing that we won't be doing any of the work on ourselves so I'd like to have as much as I can figured out so when we do have an electrician come in I can get a price for all the work at one time. Here are better photos. the top one is the stems, looks like they flower pink or purple. I bought this recently and it is in bad shape. Trying to nurse it back. Any help on how to care for this would be helpful as well. Thank you

It might not work. Wall colour is so dependant on the light - natural and artificial. We can wish it all we want, sometimes we have to change direction. My greige suggestion is BM's Silver Satin. If a greige looks too dull in your space and you still want a light neutral, consider brightening the colour and going with a warm white/off-white. Less grey undertone, more white or yellow.

Best I can do, is suggest Mammillaria spinosissima cv 'Un pico' for #1. I've included a pic of 1 I had a few years ago, in Australia. #3 could be one of quite a few different Mamms. If #2 is an Echinopsis, then it is most likely one of a zillion hybrids, but I also get a Lobivia vibe from it. You don't indicate where you are, but remember these need LOTS of sunshine, they hate cold and need very free draining Cactus compost. Water ONLY when dry and very little, if any, water in the winter Sorry I can't help any further. This will bump it up, and maybe one of the gurus will come back.
