I realize that there are fake stickers out there. Perhaps my previous pictures didn't show adequately enough the stickers...they do not appear to be brand new. It looks like they've been there for awhile. Again..some of these Cherry Valley Line tables were manufactured in the early 80's. but the odds that a person got 2 fake stickers..AND somehow was able to "brand" or burn the STICKLEY Fayettville Syracuse name into the drawer... (CLICK HERE FOR LARGER IMAGE) (trying to disguise it as a Stickley) ONLY to give it away for free...is impossible :) I would venture to bet that at least the drawer is stickley. :)

A tall mirror (perhaps an oval one to echo the shape of the table or even round?) on the wall -- OR a series of antique prints in matching dark wood frames? Add a lamp! Always welcoming in a front entrance! IF there is room -- perhaps move the table back into the corner slightly -- consider adding a dark wood antique chair with a gorgeous fabric cushion? I would have it in my house in a minute. What bone inlay centerpiece? Where is it? This is fine craftsmanship! I have seen the fine wood and bone inlay work in the Middle East and in Spain, and let me tell you, you did a marvelous job. Not amateur-ish, or in poor taste at all. You should be really super-proud of yourself! Will you leave it as is, or enhance it more? When you are finished with it, you might want to polyurethane it to protect it. Have you ever seen the TV show Flea Market Flip? On that show people up-cycle things for quite a bit of money that don't hold a candle to what you just did right there. You might just have found yourself a way to make a pretty penny!

Sorry to give you the information about the local person which points up a problem with posting things. Being from the US my immediate thought was that the OP was also here and not in Australia. Please future posters could you state where you are from at least the region of the world. The term Loo Table does not mean that it was used to play cards but yes they could be oval as an easy search discovered this morning as I was satisfying my curiosity. "Loo table is a table model from the 18th and 19th centuries, originally designed for the card game loo, which was also known as lanterloo. The typical loo table has an oval or round top, and a hinged mechanism fitted to a pedestal base, enabling the table to be easily stored when not in use." Notice the mention of an oval top.
