Should I Upgrade to Low E2?

The installer was here to measure the windows today. Found out that the windows are not low E2, just low E. According to the information I'm reading right now, there is a significant difference

>>>double-glazed low-E glass: U-factor 0.27 SHGC 0.58 VT 0.78

double-glazed low solar gain (low-E2) glass: U-factor 0.25 SHGC 0.39 VT 0.71The SHGC for a low E window is .58. For a low E2 window, .39. Here is Texas, code is below .40. There is no code reinforcement in our area. It's about $25 per window more to upgrade.

The window is Reflections 5500 from Simonton. I would have thought it would come with low E2.

Is the difference between the two noticeable?
