New interior Doors - paint or not

1st - Thank to all the members of the fantastic website. We started remodeling late last year and have now completely redone our kitchen and decks based on help here. See link below. It's been a lot of work (we are DIYers) but we are very happy with the results.

We are at the point now where we want to replace the interior doors (paint is peeling, they are really cheap etc.) and work on the other rooms.

My dilemma: I 'hate' to paint and doors always seem to need it the most. I love hardwood and am willing to put the time into finishing them correct. The problem is the moldings (floor and casements) I would prefer not to change all the painted floor molding. They were installed when we put in the floor a couple years ago. Will is look wrong if I leave the floor molding and go with real mahogany doors and casements? Or do I bite the bullet and paint doors.
