Dina, it looks a lot like some type Crassula to me. They are summer dormant, so if it's really hot where you are you might want to ease off on the watering a bit until Fall. Give it bright light and keep it warm. Otherwise you'll want to treat it like you would any other succulent. The part with aerial roots you can leave alone or snip off and pot it up!

you could find some brown gems or beads and glue under the plate where it would still go into the vase below and make it look like a nest???? But it would not be for outside it you put it the way it is in the pic. The skeeters would love the water. Beautiful finds.
