Great finds. While the lion head is indeed cool, I actually like the kettles more, myself. That said, the real reason for my posting is that I am a bit alarmed by the placement of the lion-head fountain. All it will take is a small amount of deposits of calcium or algae or whatever forming on the water outlet to redirect a small trickle of water down the front of the placard and toward that power outlet. Hopefully it is a gfci protected circuit which 'should' prevent anyone grabbing that cable from getting zapped, but even a GFCI outlet can short out and cause a fire when doused with water. Sorry for being the nay-sayer :(

Oh, thanks everyone. I knew you all would appreciate the linens and it just boggles my mind that other folks aren't going through this section of the store at all. There were tons of linens to choose from, all with such nice detailing. I guess it's nice to be a "More is More" girl during a "minimalist" trend. :) Prosperity- what an interesting thing, someone had done a rendition of that painting... I see it on things like china sometimes, but not terribly often. My friend has a number of urns and candlabras that have courting couples on it similar to that, so I think she'll be happy with it. Could you share your link to your Holidays blog? Because I'd be happy to add your link to my blog as well. Wow Punk...I'm late to your 'Goodie Party'...but I must say you found so many nice things. Love your Ivy dishes and the cute Leprechauns..They definitely will be fun to play with next St. Paddy's Day. Great Chrismas items...love finding Christmas things in the Summer...kind of makes you get excited waiting to use them for Christmas. Great cake plate and Apple pieces..what a good momma to think of DD with those. You certainly did inspire with your great finds. DD and I had a TS a couple of wks ago...we're trying to unload some things not needed. She's moving soon and DH and I will be getting our house ready to put up on the Market..we need a smaller place. Magothyrivergirl, the twister patterns are actually the really small twister tools. They measure 2.25 and 1.5 inches to use with 3.5 and 2.5 inch charms. Donna, last year I met Marie Bostwick, the author of the Cobbled Court novels. I met Rebecca last year also but didn't get a picture with her. They both are very friendly. I would love to take a class with Bonnie Hunter. I hope our guild will bring her in some time. Sharon, you know how I love to shop at quilt shows. lol I was so excited about the quiltlet that I made it as soon as we got back home from Columbus. It is made completely from my scrap drawer.
