I want to try one on page 74 with circle and stones on circle as well as brick patterns on page 73 Lawn & garden book. All about azaleas, camellias and rhododendrons The treehouse book, alhtough this book is not really garden. it is inspiring to look at photos and made me feel like a kid again for 10 minutes which made the book worthwhile just because of that! The little guide of herbs. Sorry for the delay emily! I just got 4 trees cut down in my yard what a mess.... Still have carcuses of 2 left in my yard we are trying to cut up.

Thanks for the input, Marsha. As for the security, the site is only open to someone who has the link, you can't just search for it. It's not really a website, but a document sharing function on Google. So unless you got the link from the Garden Web Quilt Forum, (more specifically the lotto posts) you can't even view it. And I figured everyone would need the address anyway to send in squares. I checked out the "return to previous page" link. That is a Google function that I can't fix, unfortunately. And right now it's even having a problem going to the site, but that appears to be a connection problem in Google, rather than a configuration problem. I'll keep checking to see if it gets better. Also, once the pattern opens, it should be in a new tab so that you can go back just by closing the tab. The original shouldn't go away, but be there next to the pattern tab. The answer is, it depends. There are many factors. Firstly, every office has different policies. Some brokers pay for some basic advertising, such as putting the agent's listing into a rotation in the local newspaper, other brokerages require their agents to pay for all of their own advertising. You can bet that the agent is paying for advertising in those RE books that you pick up at the grocery store. Some offices charge "desk fees", charge for copies, etc., but might give the agent a larger "split" of the commission. The more that the broker pays the lower the split will be to the agent. I don't believe that most MLS systems charge per listing (at least they don't in my area), but they do charge a monthly fee, regardless of how many listings an agent has. Virtual tours are left up to the agent, and their cost depends on what service is used. There are some virtual tour services that charge a flat monthly rate and use pictures that the agent takes which are stiched together and uploaded to become a virtual tour. Other agents use a service where a photographer comes out and takes the virtual tour pictures. Obviously that is much more expensive. Agents that have "featured listings" on Realtor.com pay a subscription fee that is based on the number of listings they had the previous year. Then there are the yearly dues to the local, state and national Realtor associations.

Parma .. I'm sure he'll just keep listing it too. Our Craigslist drives me nuts. I have found a few good buys, but 95% of the time the stuff being listed should just be hauled off to the waste station. Also if you list some thing, people want you to basically give it away and deliver it too. I have a brand new soapstone farm sink that I listed on our Craiglist, for about half off what they cost. It's never been installed, no flaws, I just don't want to store it any more. The best was I had someone call me from as far away as the coast asking if I'd take half the price and drive it out to them. Sure, would you like me to carry it in your house and install it too, how about make you lunch while I'm there and clean your house? I've stopped listing it because I couldn't take the phone calls any more. Maybe towards Spring/Summer I'll try again.
