Scrapbooking in France begins to develop and more and more people discover this hobby. We had our first convention, near Lyon, at the beginning of May and it was great.

I studied under Isaiah Zagar (http://www.isaiahzagar.org/) in Philadelphia. I have been doing this for a few years. Yes, I also paint as well. I paint the grout AFTER I have completed the mosaic...much EASIER...really it is....I photograph the work b4 i grout, that way i know where to paint the lines...does this help?...feel free to ask more questions.

Lots of cool projects. My neighbor has a koi pond, she noticed that her fish were disappearing fast. She then spotted a very large owl in the tree near the pond and as she watched it swooped down grabbed a fish and flew away. So be sure to provide protection from flying predators. She put a milk crate in the pond upside down for the fish to hide in. She strung clear fishing line in a cross hatch pattern above the pond. The line is attached to nails and hooks that are in posts that she set up at the 4 corners of the pond. It works great. The owl can't fly through it and you can't really see it so it's not ugly. You can do it as a top to the pond too make a frame from the pallet lumber string the line across it and lay the whole thing down on top of the pond container. Lift it off for easy access. That could keep ground predators out too.

First, you'll need to have a functioning closet/wardrobe so your clothes are not exposed. I would take a look at IKEA wardrobes and put them on the wall your desk is currently on. Something like these (the style of the units, not the layout of the room): By having drawers under the closet parts, you can then get rid of the dresser. Center your bed on the wall that currently has the dresser, then put your desk on one side and a nightstand on the other.

thank you! I have considered this but still worried because my fireplace is not centered to the room. plus you would see chairs as soon as you walk in the front door. do you think either of those things would be bad?

Excusez my casse'(e) Francais, I'm a little rusty. Mon Francais est-il si mauvais? LOL!! Which one are you in le photos? These are truly beautiful! Keep up the good work. Well, je amuse' votre photos. And again, excusez-moi s'il vous plait, for my broken Francais, because Je ne parle pas tres' bien le francais, LOL!

hello Summer!

Thank you for enjoying my layouts. I have been practicing scrapbooking for a little more than 2 years now, and for each page it takes between half an hour and 3 hours !!!!the most difficult is to catch the idea,then to realize is pretty easy. you can see me on the ski pictures with my 3 boys. Don't worry, your french is not academic, but perfectly understable! if you want to practice your french, send me an e-mail and I 'll answer you back
