Anyhow, the previous instructions were right on but I'll also add my two cents worth... For photos to show directly on the page, write out your line like this: The above is an example to help you understand how it works, but it needs a tiny modification to make it happen. When you write it out, you must remove the space after the I only added them because I don't want to activate the code. If I remove the spaces, the browser will take it as an instruction to go ahead and display a photo.. So remove the spaces when you're ready to try it out. ----- For example, for your photo to be displayed directly on this page, the html line would have to be written like this: The http://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd227/dandersongrice/10_29_20071_57PM_0001.jpg is the url (web address/location) of your photo. The rest of the wording tells the browser what to do/display on this page. When I remove the spaces after the , the code is activated and the photo should display below: Try it out!

Carol - Are you trying to create a post and use photobucket on the same browser page? If so, you need to open a second tab on your browser window (click on file above in browser - should see a new tab option - click on that, a second tab will open on your window) - open gardenweb and your posting box in one tab and open photobucket with your pictures in the other tab. Now you can click on a tab and work within that page, then click the other tab when you want to work within that tab to paste or copy. Then to paste another picture on same post, do as Tanya said , click after the end of picture code you pasted and press enter to move to a new line after your 1st picture, or press enter again to create a blank line between pics. No pictures but I can tell you about mine. I have a sofa table with photos all in the same frames in varying sizes. All are B/W or sepia; all are light-hearted photos of family members that are fun to look at and they date from early 1900's, WWII, mid century to current. I have another group of pictures on shelves that are just "sisters" -- me and mine, mom and hers, grandmothers and their sisters, etc.(as well as a couple of nuns), ranging from 1800's through current. I'm working on another group with the men in the family and one with just wedding photos of family members. I like to use a theme and a commonality in the frames and photos.

There is a search function. You have to search when you are looking at the list of posts, not when you have a thread open. Look at the bottom of the page...right next to the Today's Birthdays Icon. We all had to learn how to post pics. It seems crazy that Garden Web doesn't make the info handy to get to.
