Oh my gosh- I remember thinking about that when I first logged on to their site- then I got sucked into the website and forgot all about it- I'm really glad I did, although I am really new at this and I'm sure the mistake they made didn't make as big a lingering (obviously) impression on me as it would to a more experienced "fig" person. I actually forgot all about the name and will be notifying them as to the mistake asap. In the meantime, I would be happy to post pix of the "trees" I have received and will let you be the judge... and if I've been duped, I will still have figs as 2 of the gorgeous trees have figs on them! If having matching appliances is not important, think about buying a good used dryer instead of a new one. With the money you save, you can spend more on a new washer. People sell dryers regularly via newspaper classifieds (print and online), Craigslist, etc. I found my KitchenAid dryer (three heat settings plus fluff, with sensor drying) at a yard sale, of all places -- it was $50 and quite a bargain.

The floors and fireplace are beautiful... congratulations. I'm not feelin' the gold counters since the fireplace is reading soft gray, a little creamish gray, and rose to me. I'd go in one of two opposite directions on this. Either soapstone to tie into the natural more rustic materials or something with a whiteish ground that will work with a slate backsplash. Love the idea of a slate (ie Fire and Ice) backsplash or quartzite BS in there.

What is at the other end of your room...opposite the windows? I think a square or rectangular rug would look nice and a couple of lamps on your end tables. As for the coffee table...I think I would center the one couch on the fireplace and put the coffee table in front of that couch. The wood in the center of the table looks like it could be painted or even taken out and glass put in there. Unless you need privacy, I would hang sheer curtains on your windows, or leave them plain....I think curtains make a room feel finished.
