Help with framing estimate for dormer

I thought for sure I posted this last night.

I am going to be remodeling my living room this spring. I'd like to hire a framing contractor to come out and demo my current framing in the ceiling area and build the new one.

It is currently a flat ceiling with the roof above that slopes out away from the house. I want to change it to an open dormer. I will have a structural engineer help me with the plans for this. The space is 24 feet wide by 20 feet long. I am wondering...ball park...what I could expect to pay a framing contractor to do this work. They would build the new roofing section and a new wall for the outside part of the house where the new dormer will be. I think it will end up at about 15 feet high in the middle from floor to ceiling (currently 8 foot ceilings). 2x6 walls and 2x10 rafters.

Thanks for any insight you can provide.
