How does this look for a tile bid?

Trying to gauge a bid on a tiling job including bathroom, kitchen backsplash and fireplace.

Kitchen is subway tile ceramic

Fireplace is 24x48 tile porcelain

Bathroom is 8x8 porcelain

Laundry room is 12x24 porcelain

Feature wall in bathroom is 12x24 porcelain

Installing shower pan with zero entry using schluter system

Will have two shower niches and a bench

Heated floors throughout the bathroom, including shower and bench

Total sq ft:

Bathroom is 360 sq ft of tile, mix of floor and wall (96 sq ft for feature wall and 84 sq ft for another wall)

Laundry is 50 sq ft of floor

Kitchen is roughly 75 sq ft

Fireplace roughly 30 sq ft

Heated floors 150 sq ft

Includes labor, setting materials, schluter materials (including heat, wires etc)

The bid is north of 15k. Seems like alot. I priced out schluter and i was at about 4k for materials (but that includes the upraged smart thermostat).

Anyone have insight on what to expect on a per sq ft cost for a tile job that includes the heated flooring. I have tried to find some info on the web but its a mixed bag.
