Right Kate. It's bad enough they are in with the brunnera and heucheras bed, but now my roses won't have to deal with them. I am going to use that Bayer Shrub and Tree insect control just on the bed with the nematodes in spring. I absolutely hate spraying any kind of insect control but in this case it's probably worth the one time application each spring. It contains Merit and should help at least control them somewhat. I'll never be able to get rid of them but they are going to be very unhappy come spring lol!

Rita - the wisteria bed started off as the Chinese wisteria in an extension of the driveway bed, then a small bed was added at the other end of the lawn for the Japanese wisteria, and finally last year I connected to two when making a defined path in front of the main perennial bed. So it took 10 years to get to that point! But it was a huge improvement and ties everything together nicely. I'm a strong believer in the 'genius loci' (spirit of the place). The entire garden here has gone in step by step as things feel 'right'. When we put one thing in, it seems to call for another, and what that goes in, something else is needed - and so on.... I spend a lot of time just walking around the garden and looking at it, waiting for it to tell me what it wants to be :-)

Beautiful Charlene, it is so sweet.
Do you mean her subtle drop shodow & cutout presets? I have them, you can download them from the tutorial page.
On the tutorial page it reads, My most commonly used presets are here.I find them very useful. Hope this helps
