Please help! need inspiration for new mirror frames

I've posted this in the bathroom forum too but didn't get a response. I hope hope hope you can help! I'm going to build the frames for the new mirrors in our bathroom but can't figure out a design. Is there a rule of thumb about size? Our counter will be 93 inches with double sinks. There's 3 drawer banks, one on each side of the two sinks & the 3rd in the middle. I'm thinking they should be 24 inches wide since that's the width of the sink bases, but how tall should I go? Does anyone have pictures of their bathroom mirrors that they could share? I've already looked in the gallery but many of the photo links don't work anymore. Any ideas or feedback is appreciated! Thanks so much!

Sorry, I looked in my bathroom album and don't have photos that could help. I don't think you'll need the mirrors to be as wide as the sink bases.
I found a couple of matching mirrors at WalMart, of all places, for only $25.00 for our masterbath. I don't have picture of them up, but here's a picture of how they looked when I bought them and after I spray painted them with silver spray paint. The "after" is on the left. Have you looked for ready made framed mirrors?

As for placement you'll want them at a height that works for both you and your hubby. Ours are 28 inches wide by 34 inches high. The sit just a little over an inch above the backsplash. Our vanity is 84 inches long with four banks of drawers. Two on either end and two sets in the middle.

The azaleas vs. blueberry is more of a formal vs. natural/relaxed idea. I also prefer the blueberry, but azaleas have their place in a traditional Japanese garden. Blueberry is great for an American twist on an old Asian design process, and I believe strongly in using the resources that speak to our own regions (particularly native plants). Low bush blueberry is available online from some nurseries, so you could try a search. That's good in a pinch, though if you're like me, you may prefer locating a nursery in your area so you can go on-site and hand pick your shrubs. You're going to drool when you get the book. The photos are beautiful, and it's amazing how many different styles of garden there are that fall under the Japanese design tradition. The mountain -- I dunno. Height is more a personal preference. If your aim is to have something dramatically mountainous, then you'd probably want to add height. But if your goal is to hint symbolically at a mountain, then any size will do, as long as you cleverly set it with proportionally-sized plantings. I think A Japanese Touch For Your Garden has photos that depict this idea.

We recommend a round mirror like the one featured in the space found HERE. We also recommend doing a similar lighting style if you plan to use this space to get ready in the mornings. We suggest sticking with the metal tones you've already chosen for the pulls and faucet. Try switching back and forth to prevent it from leaning too much on one metal, i.e. because your faucet will be close to the mirror choose a trim that matches the pulls for the mirror.

My 6 yr old loves his Kura reversible loft bed with canopy from Ikea. He and my 3 yr old both enjoy having a ready made tent! https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/80253814/ We have it in his 11'6" x 10' lengthwise along the 10'wall. It can be a normal bed or you can flip it into a mini-loft bed. In the loft bed mode you can put a mattress under it and create a bunk bed. Make a frame for existing mirror, or buy a pricey new mirror?

You probably can't get the mirror off the wall, because they often (at least where I live) glue them on. Frames are an easy diy (or have a carpenter do it) using molding from a big box store or a molding/trim store. I'm not sure an actual picture frame would work, depending on the "rabbet" depth.... I suppose you could ask, but that certainly sounds expensive, compared to just mitered-corner molding easily spray painted and glued on to the existing mirror.

justgotabme - Thanks so much for the pic and feedback. That's exactly what I was looking for. I considered buying a whole mirror, but with the exception of the masterbath, we've pretty much DIY'd our whole house and both DH & I wanted to do a few things in there to put our own print into the room. Hence the mirror frames. I have a picture in my head and am hoping to find something tangible for a visual.

Still need measurements though, anyone else have measurements available for thier mirrors?
