Moni, just a quick off topic question I've been meaning to ask. Hope you don't mind.

I followed your very interesting recounting of your bike trip through Texas and all points west and was very impressed.

Have you considered contacting bike tour organizers in your area or if there isn't one, starting your own. It seems to be someting you love to do and would definetly be good at. You could also provide a wonderful narrative of your trips for all your customers. You could probably book several a year and between tours work for a temp firm to fill in. I have a retired friend who travels in the summer to all the state and national parks and works for free use of the facilities. He works as a school bus driver during the school year. He gets to see the country and works at a job that doesn't have the stress his executive level job had before retirement. He loves it. His advise is to do what you love.

Thanks everyone! I just got back from the finish line of the Oklahoma FreeWheel. Since I had driven some friends down, I had to go and get them again. Went yesterday after work, and stayed the last night, with the dinner and party.

What a hoot. Then drove up to Kansas, and waited for everyone to arrive.

Drove back to OKC with Mel. Am at my daughters right now. She will take me over to Judy's, where my car is parked as soon as I had my internet fix. LOL

The house is not happening. Back when we bought, our inspector recommended some work in the structure repair department to be done, but it never was done. These peoples inspector painted a much darker picture, and they want their earnest money back.

Rats.

Guess we will have to invest some money/time to get it fixed and try again.
