Good Morning everyone. I am waiting to go to town to get groceries with Amber. Cheryl is going to puppy sit for us at Amber's. The weather is going to get up into the 90's today so we will not be taking the dogs with us. We should be able to get back sooner from our trip. I have been doing some laundry this morning. What is everyone else up to today?

I have two committee meetings, one this a.m. and one just after lunch. Then I have to get some groceries so I can make a coffee cake and raisin buns for another meeting tomorrow morning. This evening I will be doing some baking. So it will be a busy day.

I guess I'll be doing laundry and doing some yard work even though we are going to be up in the 90's too. I'll just run in and out of the air conditioning. Hope everyone has a way to keep cool today whether it be a fan, central air or a swimming pool. Have a good day and keep coool!!

Paint: I would wait on selecting a color until you have your furniture and accessories chosen. The present color (in picture anyway) feels washed out and a creamy white would be more modern and crisp. - Built in‘s/tv location: with the width on both sides of fireplace being different, you’ll have to configure bookcases accordingly, if going that route. Suggest holding off on making a mantle change until you figure out wall - try to envision whole wall in your decisions Really like look below - Seating layout: really like your inspiration picture and as per the layout, centre to fireplace. Hard to order anything bulky that doesn’t get abused and arrive with some damage. Can you live with it? If not, I hope you didn’t destroy the packaging even more because you will be required to repackage it and send it back in most cases. Maybe you can get a slight discount for the damage? The problem with ordering anything is if you need to return it.

We don't have central air, but do have a couple of window air conditioners, thank goodness.

Good morning.
It's 84.6Âº here at 9:00am with an expected high of 101Âº.
I met Dorothy at a local cafÃ© for breakfast this morning. I only ate a small amount as it wasn't very tasty. Our usual eating place is closed for 2 weeks. They do that every summer since the owners are from Mexico and they go back home to visit. This year they are taking an extra week to put down new ceramic tile and do some other remodeling to the cafÃ©. Dorothy, Lisa and I plan to go shopping to get them a gift for the new look.
I have nothing planned for today. will stay home and maybe clean off my book shelf. I've been planning to do that for weeks now.

Good morning. We're already in the 80's this morning with too much humidity..whew!

I got out early to do some watering. Still need to eat something and do some laundry.

There's plenty to do around here, the trick is pushing myself to get it done. :(

Hope everyone can stay as cool as possible today.
