I saw Vicky's post about wanting to see more pictures and realized I had never posted a picture of mine. I am so sorry, because I truly appreciate being in a group and I appreciate the work you all did to give me such perfect blocks.

This pattern is called Next Door Neighbor. My birthday was in February so I've had them for quite a while and still don't have them put together. 11 of the blocks are from my group, a few are from quilting friends who spontaneously joined in the birthday fun and a few are blocks I've made. I still have some more to go for this king bed sized quilt, but my plan in to make three 24" square blocks of the pattern - they will fill the space of four 12" blocks with one giant block. I haven't done that yet, but it's part of the plan! The 1st border will be a narrow band of a tone on tone brown, then the wider border for the drop will be a simple scrappy Irish Chain pattern. Backing is the same brown as the 1st border.
