Good Morning. I am considering a job offer in Calabasas Ca. (presently live in Northern VA). While homes in NVA are terribly expensive, they are even more so (about twice the $/per square foot) in the Calabasas area. Is anyone familar with that area? If so, would you please recommend an area within 120 miles that is more affordable in terms of housing. I have two kids, so good schools are an important criteria. Thank you. Mugs
