leaking undermount sink (silestone countertop)

I ordered the silestone countertop through Homedepot. It was installed about one month ago. I found there are several scratches on the countertop. What's more, the undermount sink is leaking at the edge. I called the installation company, and they said they need to take off the countertop and re-install the sink. The plumbing has to be disconnected and re-connect later, and the installation company cannot do the plumbing. My questions are:

1) Who should pay for the plumbing work, installer or Homedepot?

2) Right now they use plywood to support the sink. Should they use clips or anchor? The sink comes with some clips but they didn't use it.

3) Will the re-installation cause any damage to the wall and cabinet?
