Wedding invitiation wording help needed

My daughter is getting married next month. We have sent out the invitations to the wedding and reception but still have to send out the invites to the actual dance. This is common practice here to be invited to only the dance. With that in mind, I'm struggling with the wording. Someone care to give their opinion? Here's the part we're struggling with:

DD and BFF cordially invite you to their wedding dance in celebration of their marriage.

Does that sound too formal, not formal enough, or just plain wrong? Hope someone can help me.
