They're one of my favorite Aussie birds - big, noisy, with a distinctive, wave-like kind of flight pattern. We saw them regularly where we used to live.

I had no idea that Breyer made so many horses, I have just 2 of them. there are probably close to 200 of the traditional sized models out there. i have at least 100, not including the several porcelain models i have. My sisters and I each had a Breyer horse as kids my favorite is one that my dad brought home to me during his business travels. he had it engraved with my name and "new york city". i'm 72, i've had it probably since i was 6 or 7. :)
