Should I replace kitchen floor tile?

I installed 18" floor tile in my kitchen about 10 yrs ago and it's developed 2 hair line cracks across the width of the room. The cracks are barely visible and don't appear to be getting worse. I'm wondering if I should go through the hassle and expense of replacing the flooring? I'm changing out the carpet in the adjoining room so this would be the time to do it - I would probably use hardwood through both rooms.
We don't plan to sell the house anytime soon, but will the faint cracks in the tile hurt resale? Any advice? I'm open to suggestions!
