I need some suggestions on what to do.

We are remodeling and I ordered online a big item which came broken. The seller sent me a replacement which also came broken. I decided that this item was not a good idea and I canceled the order and a full refund was issued to me. The seller arranged picking the broken items but the truck had only room for one and the other one was left in my property. It has been a month after that and the item is still here. I called and emailed asking for pick up but nothing is happening. I am annoyed because I do not know what they are planning to do.

I am not sure what my responsibility is. I d like to dispose of the item myself but then if they come to pick it up what do I do? Can they go back and charge me again?

Any advise?
