I picked up a ham cheese quiche so that and probably a salad.
I just got home from having decompression therapy, glad I don't have to do much for dinner.

Ran into friend, at the gym, today, who lives part time here and part time in Louisiana.

So we did catch up for lunch.

Ashley Mac's, friend's first time, and we both had the same.

Tonight we are just having hot dogs on the grill and leftover potato salad.

I have been on the go again today. Went with my girls to Marion and shopped at Hobby Lobby, they went many places. I waited in the truck. We had breakfast on the way at McDonald's. A McGriddle and unsweetened iced tea. Later we went into Steak and Shake, coupons again and I had a Carolina Steak Frank with fries and an unsweetened iced tea. At the pet store, Amber bought me 8 little goldfish for my pond. I put them out to float and then released them. Alyssa got the same for their small pond. Supper for me was a tiny DeGiorno cheese pizza, homemade strawberry pie and a big glass of milk. Sue now needs to rest up for grocery shopping tomorrow and the next day decorating with the girls our church basement for the Mother and Daughter banquet.

It was time for fish again, so we had Basa filets with rice (and some leftover lentils thrown in) and broccoli. We love that fish. I hope it comes on sale again soon.

Raven, I had to google decompression therapy. Does it seem to be helping your back? My lower back gives me fits, but I've known so many people who've had back surgery only to end up the same or worse off. Glad you didn't have to cook much tonight.

Glenda, your lunch sounds like fun. Much more fun to eat with friends, huh? Coconut cake--and I missed it!!! :-(

Sue, you sure are busy--and the gardening season is just starting up there. You're going to have to stop sleeping to fit it all in!!! I'm sure Alyssa was fascinated by the fish. That sure would've been cute to see. Hey--aren't the men supposed to do all that stuff for the mother/daughter banquet??

Busy day at work today, with all the rain the lawns seem to be 10 ft tall. For dinner I made a zesty mac & cheese, easy to make. Hubby had italian sausage with his.

I too will be interested in hearing about that therapy, ravencajun.

My meal wasn't anything to write home about but I liked it. I had a bowl of chicken/vegetable/rice soup and a good salad.

It's been a long time since I've had the turkey tetrazzini, used to be a fairly frequent item on my list of foods I ate.

A delicious roast, baked potato with lots of butter and sour cream for me, and a baked sweet potato for hubby, plus the meat drippings gravy with sweet onions in it.

I'm about to have a chop with mushroom sauce and mixed vegetables, plus a slice of homemade bread.

Oh yes it is truly a miracle for me, I am a walking talking testimonial for decompression. Several years ago I was scheduled for back surgery on a Monday, I literally could not move, I went for decompression on the Friday afternoon for the first time ever I laid down in the back of the suv while hubby drove , second time Saturday, again on Sunday, by Monday morning I cancelled the surgery and was able to drive myself in for decompression, I now know when my body is telling me that it is time to go have a session. I was hurting yesterday, now I am feeling much better. I personally just can't say enough how great it is.

Our chiropracter has one of the very few good decompression machines in our area. Luckily I've never had the need for it, but I do know it does wonders and I'm so thankful it helps you, Ravencajun. I know of people who have had back surgery and are worse now than they were before.

Patti, the men just fix the food, they do not decorate the tables. I wonder why that is, and I think there would be no decorating if we told the men to do it.

Played golf today after which I stayed to have a light lunch with some of the ladies. We went to half-price hamburger night tonight and I stayed to play bridge. Won at golf, won at bridge. It was a good day.
