Hi Mike, OK, Im glad I understood its the red one. Something right! Whoo To Mike, buyorsell888, and calamity_j, The kitties are totally stressed out right now, but I think they'll be OK. The one black cat seen in the pix above, had some teeth pulled, but he seemed almost fine the next day. His brother on the other hand - totally freaked out. The anesthesia didn't wear off, he was scared, and probably in pain all night, so I stayed up with him. Ever since, he's been sleeping in kitchen nightly, which is unusual for him. (The outside boys aren't allowed in any further than the kitchen - long story). The girls indoors - well the one with recurring cancer is acting very needy and wanted to be close *all the time* *every minute of the day*. I cant blame her, shes stressed. Shes had a several surgeries and doesnt like the vet much at all As you can imagine. The other girl had to have some tests, but after a few days, we found they all turned out all right. Shes still feeling a bit crabby with us about having been taken to, The Awful Place. (She holds a grudge, as many of you with kitties will probably know what I mean!) Thanks for asking and well wishing. :) Even though the girls are in their senior years now, theyre like my babies and I stop everything when they are ill. Its so hard that they are getting old! As to the pond, our plan is like something out of a slapstick movie, though we are hoping it might work anyway. Were going to hook up the hose, as Mike suggests, and weve got a tarp weve put a slit in and will place the fountain through, then duct tape, so that any runoff from inside the pipes and fountain gets funneled over the tarp and out to the trees not into the somewhat clean pond water. Its about 105-110 degrees out there today and neither of us are looking forward to working on it!

Kevin They are not hard to transplant i would recommend to start digging a couple of feet away from the rootball Go down probaly about 2 ft then slowly work your way in on all sides this way you will get a lot of the roots . It's easy don't sweat it.

Ok, I'm not a "pro", but I did an undermount sink w/ soapstone in my last kitchen, and there is no way I would not have it flush. We had a stainless sink with a lip that was probably about the same as yours. It just rested on the cabinet frame, but we routed out so the counter would rest flush on the cabinets. 1/8" is actually quite a lot in the world of remodeling. =) I would be terrified of cracking that stone if it were like that. I would mount the supports down 1/8". (or maybe even a hair more?)

Warranties almost always exclude consequential damages (something else being damaged because the product malfunctions). Also, you didn't ask for service when you first noticed there was a problem and it might not have needed a repair because the swelling might have gone down when the problem was resolve; you waited until the damage had gotten worse. On Bosch dishwashers, I have mixed feelings at the moment. Our Bosch dishwasher stopped with a warning code that indicated a leak had been detected. It happened after the initial warranty expired but it was still covered by a parts warranty. On the positive side: When the first repair didn't work, we didn't have to pay labor for the subsequent visits. When multiple repairs didn't fix the problem, Bosch gave us a replacement dishwasher. Our model was no longer available and the one they gave us is slightly better. The old dishwasher was quiet and the new one is even quieter - I only notice it running when I stand near and listen for it. The need for repair may have been partly because we should have been using its water softener and weren't so some things got clogged with hard water deposit (we never had a problem with that with our older less fancy dishwasher). The dishwasher cleans very well and we find that the trays including the flatware tray make it very easy to load. On the negative side: Between waits for parts on multiple repair attempts and then several weeks wait to get the replacement approved, it was well over a month between the initial failure and installation of the replacement. Fortunately the service technician was able to tighten things enough to allow the old dishwasher to work on the short cycle while we waited. The low salt warning keeps coming on on the new dishwasher even though salt is loaded - the repairman is scheduled to come out again today.
