Question for eBay sellers.....

Now that sellers can no longer give anything except a positive to buyers (buyers can leave whatever they want) would you leave a positive with a negative comment to someone who deserved it?

I sold an item end of April to a woman and as soon as I saw her feedback I knew I was in trouble. She has just over 200 feedbacks... 7 standing negatives, lots of neutrals and more negs and neutrals that were taken away due to mutual agreements between her and the buyer/seller. She's left over 22 negatives for others! Anyhow I never heard from her and after 10 days I opened a dispute. Within hours she had given me a negative without even responding to the dispute. She has responded now several times and wants to send me the money and complete the transaction. She can't take back the negative she gave me and because she has responded to the dispute she won't even get a strike against her. I won't sell the item to her now regardless.

As of May 1st (from what I understand) I cannot even leave her a negative. Would you leave a positive with negative comments? I think I will because her feedback is bad enough that anyone dealing with her will take a look.

I'm not liking eBay's new policies.
