I planted one of each, and so far the Cow Licks plant is about twice the size of the Suddeth plant. Tne Cow Licks tomatoes are also much bigger than the Sudduth, but neither plant has any ripe tomatoes on it yet so I can't comment on the taste. I also planted a plant from seed just labeled Brandywine, and it evidently is the red variety because the tomatoes are medium sized, red, and taste like a supermarket tomato. I also planted a pink Brandywine, and it is making large tomatoes with good taste, but not as good as a Marianna's Peace or Cherokee Purple or Nygamous or Carbon.

Aaaawwwww, was I the only one with no votes. Not to worry though it's gone to a good cause. I have to say that Rene was a deserving winner. Well done Rene, it was lovely. My little teddy quilt has now gone to Francis House Childrens Hospice and they were delighted with it so it was well worth making it and entering. Marian

Congrats Bon!! Your quilt is truly deserving and such a work of art! So what are you going to buy with all that prize money I'm sure Marti is offering? A winter home in Key West? Yacht? Hummer?

I agree with Kathi, all are winners to challenge ourselves and thank you, Marti, for this challenge to push our creativity. I look forward to the next one. You did a great job!

Must've been snoozing the last week or so because I missed the voting deadline by a day.

ALL those quilts were wonderful. I enjoyed browsing through them knowing that I was late & didn't have to vote!!!! It amazed me that these works of art were done in a relatively short period of time.
