Can anyone shed light on this situation?
We found a house. An investor is trying to sell this property for the bank. It needs some work...Pool needs filling, it's completely destroyed and the roof needs repairing. Over all I think I will take about $10-$20,000 for a complete make-over. The house is a diamond in the rough. It's listed for 199,900. In an area that sells for $219,500 to $350,000. We wanted to put a contract on the property, BUT the investor informed us the bank will only take a closing contingency not a selling contingency. Is there any other way for us to purchase this property. OH...we need to sale our house.
