Question for anyone who has experience with pollenless sunflowers
Comments (3)In my experience, pollenless sunflowers still produce seed. I've read that seed will grow, however chances are it will not be another pollenless sunflower. If you're not planning to grow row upon row, you could deadhead, or cut off the flower heads after they fade but before they produce the seeds. But if you're planting a lot of them I suppose this wouldn't be an option. If it is an option then I suppose it would be better to go with a 5' variety rather than an 8' variety so they'd be easy to reach....See MoreCO2 enichment question, Has anyone tried using a sample pump?
Comments (0)Hi, so I was wondering if there was anyone on this board who has tried using a sample pump to measure the co2 levels in their garden? I've been working on building my own environmental controller and while I was looking for a co2 sensor and stumbled upon this kit to use a pumped sample instead of having the sensor in the garden. Has anyone tried using anything like this? http://www.co2meter.com/collections/co2-sensors/products/k-30-co2-sensor-module http://www.co2meter.com/collections/co2-sensors/products/sensor-tube-cap-kit...See MoreAnyone who has ever used MoleMax for Voles, need help!
Comments (8)I had a friend who got rid of her moles/voles by pouring ammonia down their hole. Another friend, don't laugh, put sticks of Juicy Fruit Gum down mole/vole holes and this worked well. Supposedly it "gums" up their interiors and they end up being compost. At least the Juicy Fruit is not harmful to pets or children....See MoreQuestion for the Pros and anyone else who has an opinion
Comments (5)key words "third party". The builders contract with you is irrelevant. Saying someone is going to hold out money is just a way to move forward and shut you up. You should get an estimate for repairs, contact the third party and file a claim against their insurance. Any business should have insurance for their vehicle while on the property of their customers. The builder did not cause the issue and you will never win in court if it goes that far....See Morebarco
